Griswold man caught on roof of state property
MONTVILLE -- A Griswold man was arrested Monday when he was caught on the roof of a structure at the Norwich
State Hospital property in Preston, police said.
Glenn A. Xxxx, 25, of XX Aspinook St., Apt. X, was charged with third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal
trespassing.
Police said he used an extension ladder to access the roof in an area clearly marked "No Trespassing -- State Property."
